We help Health Care Professionals by:

  • Offering a variety of Continuing Education (CE/CME) opportunities through internet, distance learning and traditional lecture settings
  • Facilitating access to the University of Arizona´s Health Sciences Library
  • Facilitating the use of other IT avenues such as video conferencing, Tele-Health and Tele-Medicine initiatives throughout the State of Arizona.
  • Sponsoring attendance to health related professional development conferences

In addition to continuing professional education the AHEC Program & Regional Centers offer community health improvement and health literacy education
